These gatherings bring together patients, healthcare providers, advocates, and allies to demand better education, access, and care.

ROAR (Recognize. Own. Advocate. Rise) stands for amplifying women’s voices—ensuring that the challenges of perimenopause are recognized, addressed, and prioritized in public health conversations.

The mission is not only to inform and unite communities but also to influence legislators to take action that improves the lives of millions navigating this life stage.

Perimenopause ROAR 2024 marked the first event of the newly declared Perimenopause Awareness Month, held on World Perimenopause Day. This groundbreaking event united women, experts, and advocates to initiate a transformative dialogue on perimenopause, providing a supportive space filled with expert insights, personal stories, and practical tools.
