Perimenopause Awareness Month
Events 2026
Perimenopause & Menopause Capitol Hill Day
Join us on September 22 in Washington, D.C. for Perimenopause & Menopause Capitol Hill Day—bringing together leading experts, advocates, and policymakers to help move menopause care higher on the national health agenda.
The day will include a Congressional Briefing on perimenopause and menopause, followed by meetings with Congressional offices to educate decision-makers and advocate for the Menopause Policy Imperative.
Hosted by Women’s Health Advocates, the National Menopause Foundation, and Perry, this is an opportunity to turn awareness into action—and help shape a future where perimenopause and menopause are recognized as the critical health issues they are.
Perimenopause Symposium 2026
The Perimenopause Symposium 2026, taking place September 25 in Baltimore, is a first-of-its-kind multidisciplinary continuing education event dedicated entirely to advancing perimenopause care.
Bringing together 18 leading experts across specialties—including OB/GYN, cardiology, psychiatry, sleep, orthopedics, dermatology, nutrition, pelvic health, physical therapy, and more—the symposium is built around one important idea: perimenopause is every clinician’s patient.
Through expert presentations, multidisciplinary panels, and practical clinical education, healthcare professionals will leave better equipped to recognize, understand, and manage perimenopause across the full spectrum of patient care.
The symposium offers up to 7.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for physicians. Continuing education credits for psychologists, social workers, dietitians, and health coaches are currently pending and will be announced soon.
