I believe I began perimenopause at 35 years old. Severely debilitating symptoms didn’t begin till my late 40s. I began having issues with mood swings, joint pain, rage, weight gain and depression.

A year before my 50th birthday I had heavy periods, extreme fatigue, brain fog and debilitating anxiety and depression. I thought I was dying.

I’m so thankful for the many perimenopause groups where I learned I wasn’t dying.

Even speaking with over five doctors nobody could help me. I felt alone, and terrified that this was going to be my life for the next 30 years.

After doing my own tireless research I’m in a better place. I will never give up on my health and wellbeing.
